Marywoods Math Wizards Win 2011 MTAP Math Challenge

On its first bid at the Metrobank-MTAP-DepEd Math Challenge Division Oral Team Competition, Marywoods Academy brought home two gold medals, one silver, and one bronze! Our school placed first in Grade 1 and Grade 4, second in Grade 6, and third in Grade 2.

Marywoods Makes It in the 2011 Metrobank-MTAP-DepEd Math Challenge Elimination Round

For the first time, Marywoods Academy joined the MTAP Math Challenge. The elimination round held last January 13, 2011 was participated in by 56 schools in the Malaybalay City Division. Marywoods made it to the top 10 in all levels from Grade 1 to Grade 6. In addition, our pupil Shannen Alexa M. Basan topped the Grade 1 level competition for the entire Malaybalay City Division!
